1. General Information

International Journal of Conservation and Aquatic Innovation Research (CAIR) publishes original research articles and review papers in the fields of aquatic conservation, ecology, sustainable aquaculture, and aquatic environmental innovation. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Types

CAIR accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

3. Language

Manuscripts must be written in English with clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.

4. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be prepared in the following order:

  • Title

  • Author names and affiliations

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • Keywords (3–5 keywords)

  • Introduction

  • Materials and Methods

  • Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgments (if any)

  • References

5. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscripts should be typed using Times New Roman, 12-point font

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Paper size: A4

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Length: 5,000–8,000 words, including references

6. Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be clear, properly numbered, and cited in the text. Captions should be provided above tables and below figures.

7. References

References must be written using a consistent citation style (APA Style is recommended) and listed alphabetically. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software.

8. Ethical Considerations

Manuscripts must comply with publication ethics. Any research involving human participants or animals must include a statement of ethical approval.

9. Plagiarism Screening

All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism. Manuscripts with excessive similarity will be rejected or returned for revision.

10. Article Processing Charges

CAIR does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC-free).

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
